  Multipart Mini-Game — one actor, four characters

  A full theatrical set piece: one actor playing four rotating characters in a sled race scenario set in Nome, Alaska. Teams had to participate in the mini-game across its parts to advance. Lots of photos and videos. Full write-up coming.

• Nomiah

  Semaphore Clue Keeper

  Nomiah delivered her clue entirely in semaphore — the maritime flag-signaling alphabet. Teams had to decode her message to find the next location. An interactive semaphore demo is planned for this case file so visitors can try to solve it themselves.

  Optional Singing Gnome / Time Bonus

  An optional character stationed in the woods who would sing you a song and award a time bonus if you helped her out. Completely optional — teams could skip her — but those who stopped got a memorable moment and a competitive edge. Photos and videos exist; her song will eventually be included here.
